A golf fitness session includes a physical screening to spot any limitations you may have followed by a customized training program. This will help increase mobility or provide stability to the parts of the body that need it, which will result in a more efficient swing.
Mike has also trained with some of the top professional athletes and trainers in North America, Asia and Australia. He has a real passion for training and uses methods and equipment that the top players in the world use to improve balance, strength, agility, power, flexibility and speed.
